Return Policy:

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your Pyrodes product, simply drop it back in the mail within 7 days of its receipt. Once we receive the product in the same condition, we will fully refund your purchase, no questions asked. Simple as that!

Privacy:

All financial information provided through the store is not available to Pyrodes (and we don’t want it). All transactions are conducted through a third party Paypal service. Your information could not be more secure.

All e-mails, names, and contact information provided to Pyrodes will be kept strictly confidential and only used to contact the customer/reader for business related purposes. We don’t spam; we don’t give your information to third party companies….clear and simple.
